Nurse Case Managers are advocates and guides, standing with patients through every step of care. They cut through the confusion, connect the right resources, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks – just like good Case Management software should. It’s a privilege for me, as the InsurHealth Affinity Group CTO, to be able to support the great work of Medical Case Managers by managing the development of GuideSmart. Our multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), GuideSmart, supports workflows for Nurse Case Manager and Claims Adjuster through the lifecycle of injured workers and other kinds of cases.
Soon, we will be expanding GuideSmart into GuideSmart Specialty Liability Claims Suite, an integrated Nurse Case Manager & Claims Adjuster workflow for Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, and Medical Malpractice claims.
